Please refer to the tender notice for the captioned tender published on the Bank’s website www.rbi.org.in on September 14, 2021 inviting application from eligible vendors for the said work through e-tender route on MSTC website (https://www.mstcecommerce.com/eprochome/rbi/).

The last date of submission of bids online through MSTC website is scheduled as 2:00 PM of September 28, 2021.

Clarifications:

It is advised that the prospective bidders may kindly take note of the below clarification and submit their bids accordingly.

1. The approved makes under Section VII of the tender document may be read as “Ceasefire, Minimax or equivalent”

All other terms and conditions mentioned in the tender remain unchanged.

Reserve Bank of India invites E-Tender from its empanelled vendors for Construction of Porta cabin & Watch Tower at Gate no. 2, Main office Building, Lucknow. The tendering would be done through the e-Tendering portal of MSTC Ltd (http://mstcecommerce.com/eprochome/rbi). All interested companies/agencies/firms must register themselves with MSTC Ltd through the above mentioned website to participate in the tendering process. The Schedule of e-Tender is as follows:

Intending tenderers shall pay as earnest money a sum of ₹.24,800.00 by way of NEFT to Reserve Bank of India, Lucknow or by a Demand Draft in favour of Reserve Bank of India payable at Lucknow.

Applicants intending to apply will have to satisfy the Bank by furnishing documentary evidence in support of their possessing required eligibility and in the event of their failure to do so, the Bank reserves the right to reject their bids. Tenders without EMD will not be accepted under any circumstances.

The Bank is not bound to accept the lowest tender and reserves the right to accept either in full or in part any tender. The Bank also reserves the right to reject all the tenders without assigning any reason thereof.

Any amendments / corrigendum to the tender, if any, issued in future will only be notified on the RBI Website/MSTC Website as given above and will not be published in the newspaper.

The captioned advertisement for inviting “E-Tender for providing Catering and Maintenance Services at the Officers’ Lounge and Dining Room (OLDR) and the Staff Canteen at Reserve Bank of India, Chandigarh” was published on August 14, 2021 in the newspapers namely Jag Bani, The Tribune and Punjab Kesari. The same was uploaded on the MSTC portal (https://www.mstcecommerce.com/eprochome/rbi/) and RBI website on August 17, 2021. The last date for submission of bids was decided as September 13, 2021, 1400 hours, which was further extended to September 21, 2021 (1400 hrs).

Extension of Last Date of Submission: –

1. It has been decided to further extend the last date for submission of bids to September 28, 2021 till 14:00 hours. The Part-I i.e. Technical Bid of the e-tender will be opened on September 28, 2021 at 16:00 hours. Part-II, i.e., Price Bid will be opened only in respect of the tenderers/ bidders satisfying all criteria stipulated in Part-I, on a later date to be intimated by the Bank.

2. Tenderers /Bidders who have already submitted their bid/tender pursuant to the e-tender notice dated August 17, 2021 need not submit their bids again.

3. All other terms and conditions of this e-tender shall remain unchanged.
