After welcoming all the members, Shri Bhaskar Choudhury (DGM, PMC) and Shri Nithin J Sebastian (A.M (Tech-Electrical)) explained tender documents and important timelines of the tendering process in brief and requested members to raise doubts, if any. Following queries/ doubts were clarified during the meeting:
